Any Solano County Non-Profit Organization can get its own unique Promotional Code by requesting one by sending an
e-mail to mpassey@scfair.org which includes the following information:

• E-Mail Subject: "PROMO CODE REQUEST"
• Name of your non-profit organization (any tax-exempt status)
• Name, phone numbers and mailing address of person requesting promo code for the organization
• Position with the organization of the person requesting promo code
• Federal Tax ID Number for organization, if known. A promo code can be requested without the Tax ID Number, but funds raised cannot be issued until Tax ID Number is received and verified.

Promo Codes can only be used to purchase Pre-Sale Admission Tickets and Carnival Wristbands. Pre-Sale Tickets are not available after midnight June 22, 2010.

Based on the Admission Tickets and Carnival Wristbands purchased online at SCFair.com using Your Promotional Code, your organization will receive a check for the amount you raised!

Funds raised cannot be issued until Tax ID Number is received and verified. Tax ID Numbers must be received by the Fair by 5 p.m. on July 31, 2012, or funds raised using your Promo Code will be forfeited.

Checks will only be made payable to the organization and mailed to the address as it appears on your Federal Tax ID, approximately 30 days after the Fair.
